Sound Nutrition
It is a proven fact that there is a direct link between dietary habits and disease. It is amazing to think that 90% of Americans do not eat 5 serving of fruit and vegetables a day. Do you?
Fruits and vegetables contain vital nutrients that can insure us optimum health. We must always remeber, you either reape the benefits or suffer the consequences.
Good nutrition tips!
- Buy organic!
- Avoid ALL processed food
- Eat a variety of fruits & veggies (a variety of colors!)
- Try steaming veggies instead of boiling or frying.

Exercise
Exercise is key to staying healthy. Our bodies are meant to be in motion. NOT to live a sedentary lifestyle. Exercise can and should be fun. It doesn't have to be in a formal gym. Gardening, swimming in your pool, biking or taking a stroll at the park are all excellent ways of keeping our bodies in motion,and these activities are fun!
Benefits of exercising-
- Reduces the risk of obesity
- Reduces the risk of heart disease
- Reduces the risk of high blood pressure
- Improves self esteem!
